The booking customer assumes full responsibility for any incidents occurring during the session, irrespective of the individual in their party responsible for any misconduct, damage, or related occurrences. The booking customer shall be held accountable and liable for any resulting damages. As part of our protocol, we will request your identification ID at the time of booking or scan a copy upon your arrival at the studio.
In the event of any damage sustained by the Infinity Wall, a fixed charge of $150 will be applied immediately.
The reserved booking time encompasses all necessary activities, including setup, teardown, and restoring the studio to its original, orderly, and hygienic state. It is imperative for customers to conclude their session promptly to allow ample time for packing and vacating the studio premises by the end of the designated booking period.
Should cleaning and reorganization be required to restore the studio to its original condition, a cleaning fee of $50 may be applied. Customers are encouraged to seek assistance if unsure about the proper studio departure procedures.
Smoking, nudity, and live music are strictly prohibited within the facility.
It’s important to acknowledge that Lair The Studio operates as a private space. We kindly request that you inform us if additional individuals are expected to join your group during your visit.
